Cheap toys

I was talking with my sister on the phone yesterday and Wyatt was running around the basement with just a t-shirt and striped socks on. We are attempting to potty train as much as we can around here right now. Anyway, he kept yelling and screaming...he can just be WILD these days. All of a sudden, I turned around and he had my Christmas wrapping paper in his hand and he was flinging it ALL over the room. I mean, ALL over the room. It was everywhere. The more I told him to stop, that was mommy's paper, the more he just tossed it high into the air. Then he began stomping on it like a mad man. And next came the shredding. I figured that I wasn't going to get much use out of this particular roll, so in an effort to continue my conversation with my sis and to entertain Wyatt simultaneously, I just tore off some paper and let him have at it. It was wadded up, crinkled, shredded, and eventually destroyed. Who would have thought that would be so much fun? A 3-year old boy, that's who.

That scares me. Do girls do this too?

It's comforting to know that my son isn't the only one out there who does things like this! He also loves the Ghostlight part of the movie. I think he and Wyatt would definitely get along! Yikes, think of the trouble they could get into together!!
